The Terms will apply to any booking that Love n Care Laundry accepts from you via its website, phone, text or email.
 

Upon making a booking through Love n Care Laundry online system, you will receive a written confirmation of its acceptance of your booking and contact information.
 

You can cancel your booking any time up to 3 hours before pickup time. Cancelling your booking less than 3 hours before a collection or failure to make items available will incur a $15.00 cancellation fee.
 

Love n Care Laundry may cancel your booking if there is an intervening event outside its control.
 

Love n Care Laundry will use reasonable endeavours to pick-up and deliver items at the booked time slot, however, please allow 1- 2 hrs for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances.  Love n Care Laundry will endeavour to deliver your laundry the next day, however, please note that if there are blankets, doonas or other heavy items, there will be a delay to ensure everything is dry properly before returning. This will be notified to you upon commencement of service.
 

An invoice will be sent to you once your laundry is completed. Love n Care Laundry will arrange delivery upon payment of invoice. Love n Care Laundry reserves the right to withhold your laundry until payment is received in full. If payment is still outstanding for 30 days or more, your services will be suspended and any items in our possession will be deemed abandoned and will be disposed of at Love n Care Laundry's discretion.
 

Current pricing is outlined on the website. Your items will be counted or weighed after collection. There is a minimum service fee of $66.50 per pickup.
 

Payment is accepted by Credit Card or Debit Card via the online payment link in the invoice. A 2.2% processing fee is added to all invoices.
 

You may arrange to have an item left in a safe place, collected from, or re-delivered to, a third party, but do so at your own risk. Love n Care Laundry will not be liable to you for any damage to or loss of the item after it is delivered.
 

If something goes wrong with your item whilst in Love n Care Laundry’s care and it proves to be due to the fault of Love n Care Laundry, it will refund your money for the laundry service of that item, however Love n Care Laundry accepts no responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in the normal course of the laundry process due to your failure to remove tissues, jewellery, cash, pens, amongst others, from the item.
 

Love n Care Laundry uses cold washing and cool drying process (unless otherwise requested). We will aim to separate the items into lights and darks but accept no responsibility if there is any bleeding or colour transfer during the laundry process.
 

If an item requires special care, you must inform Love n Care Laundry. Failure to do so, may result in the item being washed and dried as normal if no care label is present, at which point Love n Care Laundry accepts no responsibility for damage incurred to the item. You acknowledge and agree that any advice, recommendation, information or assistance that may be provided by Love n Care Laundry is provided in good faith and in reliance upon the accuracy and completeness of information provided by you.
 

Love n Care Laundry does not warrant that it will be able to remove all types of stains, however, will provide a regular stain removal where necessary at no extra cost.
 

By accepting payment of any sum after its due date, Love n Care Laundry does not waive its right either to require payments as they fall due or to suspend or end the Terms. It will reserve the rights to refuse further bookings until accounts are settled in full.
 

You will be in default if you do not pay us when money is due for payment or fail to comply with any other obligation under these terms. You agree to pay on default all costs and expenses incurred by Love n Care Laundry in exercising the Terms and you indemnify Love n Care Laundry against any losses resulting from your failure to pay.
 

When a dispute arises, you must notify Love n Care Laundry of the dispute by giving written notice specifying the nature of the dispute, the outcome sought and the action believed necessary under the circumstances that will assist in settling the dispute. Each party will then in good faith attempt to resolve the dispute by negotiation. All disputes must be notified to Love n Care Laundry within 7 days of completion of service provided.
 

Love n Care Laundry gives the consumer guarantees that are required under the Australian Consumer Law. However, all other terms, representations, warranties, guarantees and conditions that might otherwise be granted or implied by law are expressly excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law, unless agreed by Love n Care Laundry in writing. Love n Care Laundry does not exclude, restrict or modify any liability that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified except to a limited extent, as between you and Love n Care Laundry.
 

We will use the personal information you provide to us to:
- provide the laundry services;
- and process your payments;
 

We will not give your personal data to any third party other than any service providers engaged by us.
 

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that are caused by an event outside our control.
 

The Terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding with Love n Care Laundry and supersede and extinguish any previous agreements.
 

Love n Care Laundry will not be deemed to have waived any right under the Terms unless it gives the waiver in writing.
 

Love n Care Laundry may assign and transfer any of its rights or obligations under the Terms without your consent.
 

Each of the clauses of the Terms operate separately. If any clauses are struck out by a court, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect.
 

These Terms are governed by Australian law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
